Sending information from Analyse to Calcurate

The “Send to Calcurate” feature in Analyse allows you to send the Address, RV’s and Effective Dates for any hereditament from Analyse into Calcurate.

This saves time in entering the data and ensures accurate input of the address and RV’s.

“Analyse” from Inform CPI is a widely used software package that contains full rateable value histories dating back to the 1990 Rating List. It also provides detailed summary valuation and schedule information.

Sending information from Calcurate to Analyse

If you have entered the address of the property into Calcurate you can send the postcode from Calcurate to Analyse, or the Valuation Office Agency website, to search for all hereditaments in that postcode area.
