The new release (version 8.3a)  takes account of the new Retail Hospitality and Leisure reliefs announced in the Budget.  There are now four options for “Retail”

Selecting “Retail” will apply all Retail and Covid Reliefs

As Retail Discount in 2019 was subject to State Aid limits, there is the option to select only the Covid related reliefs (C20,C21,R66)

• Selecting C20 will apply 100% relief in 2020
• Selecting C21 will apply 100% relief in the first three months of 2021
• Selecting R66 will apply 66% relief from 1st July 2021 to 31st March 2022

These options are also available on the Portfolio Calculator (Scheduliser) by entering the following codes in the “Vacant, Retail, or Charity” column.

• R for all Retail and Covid Reliefs
• D for all CoviD Reliefs but not Retail in 2019
• X for all Covid Reliefs eXcept the 66% in 2021
• O for Only Covid 2020 Relief
